A new chapter
In 2015, a new pair of hands took over Car enthusiast at heart, owner Dustin Phillips and Darren Baguley have led the team since 2015.
Having launched his first company in 2006, Dustin has built a strong partnership and developed his automotive expertise.
From your day-to-day Toyota to Lamborghinis, his experience working in and running a number of regular and prestige dealerships has brought a specialised edge to our team.
From day one, Dustin has instilled his passion and experience into the company.
Now, with a fresh perspective, new structure and ‘tools’ in place, Marshall Transmissions is ever-growing and changing for the better.
